East Coast Park Campsite Location
You have the option to pitch your tent or utilize our tent rental services in two designated areas, specifically Area D and Area G. Let's dive deeper into what each of these areas has to offer.
ECP Area G:

Area G of the ECP Campsite boasts a scenic coastline view and is equipped with 14 BBQ pits along its length. Additionally, it provides two toilets complete with shower facilities. Located at the left end of the East Coast Park coastline, Area G tends to be less crowded compared to Area D.
Area G at ECP is ideal for those seeking a 'quieter' environment and faster access to the beach, favoring less crowded settings.
However, Area G is situated directly under the flight path of planes landing at Changi Airport from the northeast, often at relatively low altitudes. This can lead to noise pollution, potentially disturbing, especially during sleep hours, with planes passing as frequently as every 4 to 30 minutes.
Conclusion: For those sensitive to noise or light sleepers, it's advisable to steer clear of this area. Instead, consider Area D, which is significantly farther from the aircraft's landing trajectory, offering a more serene environment for uninterrupted rest and beach enjoyment. If you don't mind the noises generated from the planes, this is a great area too.
ECP Area D:

Area D in East Coast Park is renowned for being one of the largest tent camping areas, featuring 21 barbecue pits and four toilet facilities with showers, and 8 public carparks. Centrally located along the ECP coastline, it offers proximity to amenities and conveniences like 7-Eleven, McDonald's, parks, and various eateries.
Its expansive beachfront allows ample room for tent setup, either on your own or via our camping rental services, ensuring generous spacing from fellow campers for added privacy and personal space. The distance from the airplane landing route also means nights are generally quieter here.
Conclusion: Area D stands out as the perfect campsite for those seeking greater access to amenities alongside the need for more personal space and privacy. We highly recommend ECP Area D campsite if it's the most accessible place for you.
