Booking your outdoor adventure with The Glamp Camp is easy. Visit our website, choose your desired package, select any additional add-ons to elevate your camping experience, and set your dates. We'll handle the rest, from setup to teardown, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable camping experience.

Check-in would be 3PM onwards on the booked date, and check-out would be at 12PM next day.

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on offering customizable camping experiences. From the choice of tent to the selection of add-ons like portable air-con units or picnic setups, you can tailor your adventure to suit your preferences and needs. We also offer special setup decorations for special occasions such as birthday celebration and proposals. You can select them under our add-on option.

While we take care of the heavy lifting, including tent setup and the provision of major amenities, we recommend guests bring personal items such as clothing suitable for the weather, personal toiletries, and any specific food or snacks you desire.

Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the specific terms and conditions outlined during the booking process. In the event of a cancellation, applicable fees or refund policies will be communicated to you based on the time frame of the cancellation.

We have a minimum rental duration of (1) night to ensure that our clients have ample time to fully enjoy their glamping experience. Of course, you do not have to commit to the full duration, you may leave at anytime during the booked duration.

To secure your preferred dates and tent configurations, we recommend booking as early as possible. Popular seasons and locations tend to fill up quickly, so it's best to make your reservation well in advance. However, we always strive to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for any damages to the rented equipment during the rental period. This includes damages caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional actions. The Glamp Camp will collect a Refundable Security deposit of $100 for every booking. Upon return of the rented equipment, our team will thoroughly inspect it for any damages or excessive wear and tear. This assessment helps us determine the extent of the damage and the associated repair or replacement costs. Should the items are returned without damages, the Security deposit will be refunded within 1-2 business banking days.

There will be no refunds provided for camp tent rentals if the booked tent has already been setup. In the event of adverse weather conditions, and we cannot complete the setup due to safety concerns, we will allow you to either receive a full refund including deposit, or reschedule your booking again. We recommend checking weather forecasts and considering the suitability of camping in certain weather conditions before making a reservation. If you anticipate unfavorable weather conditions during your planned camping period, we advise rescheduling or making alternative arrangements as early as possible.

Yes, the setup and takedown of the glamping tents are included in the rental fee. Our professional team will handle all the logistics, ensuring that your tent is set up before your arrival and taken down once your glamping experience is complete.​
