Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking with our company, The Glamp Camp. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Reservation:
1.1. To reserve a glamping camp tent, you must be at least 18 years old and have approved camping permit by the National Environment Agency (NEA).
1.2. Reservations can be made online.
1.3. Full cost of the rental will be collected upon booking confirmation. A refundable security deposit of ($100/night) will be collected (7) days before check in date. Security deposit will be refunded within 1-2 working days after check-out when all the rented items are not damaged.
1.4. Prior to making a reservation, guests are strongly advised to check the weather forecast for the intended stay period. It is the guest's responsibility to assess the suitability of the weather conditions for their planned glamping experience. The Glamp Camp shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction or inconvenience caused by unexpected or unfavorable weather conditions during the guest's stay.
2. Rental Period:
2.1. The rental period begins at the designated check-in time(3pm) and ends at the specified check-out time(12pm).
2.2. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
3. Tent Occupancy:
3.1. Each glamping camp tent has a maximum occupancy of (5) pax or (8) pax depending on the tent rented , as stated in the booking information.
3.2. Only individuals listed in the camping permit application are permitted to stay in the tent overnight.
4. Tent Care and Usage:
4.1. Glamping camp tents and all equipment(s) from The Glamp Camp should be used responsibly and treated with care. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional charges.
4.2. Smoking, open flames, candles, or any other hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the tents.
4.3. Cooking inside the tent is not allowed. Please use designated cooking areas or provided facilities.
4.4. Pets are not allowed inside the tents, unless explicitly stated in the booking information.
5. Safety and Security:
5.1. Guests are responsible for their personal safety and security during their stay at the glamping campsite.
5.2. Guests understand and acknowledge that they are responsible for their personal safety and well-being during their stay at the glamping campsite. The company shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur on the campsite premises, including but not limited to, slips, falls, or any other personal injuries. Guests are advised to exercise caution, adhere to safety guidelines, and report any hazardous conditions to the campsite management immediately. Please note that while the company will make every effort to maintain a safe environment, guests assume all risks associated with their stay and engage in activities on the campsite premises at their own discretion.
5.3. Valuables should be secured by guests, as the company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
6, Cancellations and Refunds:
6.1. Cancellation policies and refund eligibility may vary depending on the booking type, season, length of stay and will be soley based on The Glamp Camp's review and discretion. Please refer to the booking confirmation or contact our customer service for detailed information.
6.2. Refunds for cancellations are subject to any applicable fees or penalties outlined in the cancellation policy.
The following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made [15] days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made between [8] and [14] days prior to the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a partial refund, with a deduction of [50]% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made [7] days or less prior to the scheduled check-in date, as well as no-shows or early departures, will not be eligible for any refund.
6.3. Refunds for cancellations are subject to any applicable fees or penalties outlined in the cancellation policy.
6.4. In case of early departures or late arrivals, no refunds will be provided for unused nights or missed days of the reservation.
6.5. The glamping camp tent rental company reserves the right to cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to situations where the tent becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative accommodation option will be provided to the guest.
6.3. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
6.4. The Glamp Camp shall not be held responsible for unfavorable weather conditions during the guest's stay. In the event of inclement weather, including but not limited to rain, storms, or extreme weather events, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Guests are advised to come prepared for varying weather conditions and to make their own arrangements to ensure their comfort and safety during their stay.
7. Changes and Amendments:
7.1. Changes to the booking, such as dates or tent types, may be possible depending on availability and subject to additional fees.
7.2. Requests for changes or amendments should be made as early as possible and will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
8. Force Majeure:
8.1. The company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or labor disputes.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
10. Miscellaneous:
10.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the guest and The Glamp Camp, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
10.2. Failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
10.3. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By making a reservation with The Glamp Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
